*I didn’t receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
Please contact us right away at support@striving-for-excellence-tnt.com so we can view and verify your order if you did not recieve an order confirmation.
*I just placed an order. Can I check the status online?
Yes, once you place an order online you should receive a confirmation email shortly after your order has been received. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an additional email notifying you that you order is in transit with tracking information.
*What if an item is backordered, out of stock or unavailable in my size?
If your order is “backordered” for any reason, you will be notified via email and your card will be “authorized” for the amount of the purchase, but not charged until item(s) ships. In most cases our website should notify you before and/or after you purchase. We’ll make it our priority to ship backordered items as soon as they become available.
If an item is out of stock or unavailable in your size, that item may or may not become available in the near future. Stock items are dependent on our suppliers and fulfillment centers.
S.F.E. have what we call “alternatives” set in place for most of our t-shirt products. An alternative is a T-shirt that is similar in style, size, fabric, and color in the event there is a shortage of if a particular t-shirt “type” or if that particular T-shirt “type” becomes unavailable. S.F.E. will print the EXACT design you purchase on a similar shirt “type” to avoid “out of stock items” and/or order and fulfillment delays.
Note: Not every clothing item that is designed and sold from S.F.E. has alternatives available. When this occurs, S.F.E. will deactivate and remove an item that is out of stock in a particular size and/or color. Striving for excellence doesn’t know when an item may go out of stock and therefore an alternative is set in its place. Most items that you purchase will be as you view them online.
*I received my order, but an item is missing. What should I do?
Contact us IMMEDIATELY so we can verify the missing item(s) and send out a replacement ASAP!! Note: You only have 14 days to notify us of ANY missing items in your order so we can verify this with our production and fulfillment centers.
*How do I modify or cancel an order?
If you need to make any changes or cancellations to your order for any reason, please notify us no later than 1 hour after the order is placed and add “URGENT” in email subject line. Orders that exceeds this time frame WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS.
**NOTE: even if you notify us immediately we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations. S.F.E. is a small business with limited staff and even though we check our emails regularly it’s possible that we may not get your email in time to make changes. The only time we are able to make changes or cancellations is when an order is in the “WAITING FULFILLMENT PROCESS”.
ONCE AN ORDER IS IN THE “FULFILLMENT PROCESS” STRIVING FOR EXCELLENCE CAN NO LONGER MAKE ANY CHANGES OR ACCEPT ANY CANCELLLATIONS AT THAT TIME!
**NOTE: S.F.E. does NOT have business hours Friday and Saturdays, with LIMITED business hours on Sundays!! ANY email received durning non business hours will be responded to in the order they were received on the following business day!
*My order says it’s in progress. What does that mean?
When an order is in “progress”, that means it has been received and is waiting for fulfillment.
*Does Striving For Excellence accept returns or exchanges?

Ordering & Fulfillment
*Striving For Excellence is a POD company, (Print on demand), what does that mean?
Print on demand means that item(s) purchased from S.F.E. are processsed and fulfilled ONLY when the item(s) are purchased from the online store. The fulfillment/production manufacturer will not only process and fulfill orders, but they will also be responsible for all shipping and handling on behalf of S.F.E. With this method, S.F.E. avoids overproduction as well as “Unsold” stock which in many cases is donated, thrown out, and burned with fashion retailers alone wasting 92 million tons of textile each year. We also keep our reshipment low by taking all orders through a 3-step quality check before we ship them out.
*Why do some graphic images appear lighter or slightly darker on colored fabrics or sweatshirts/hoodies?
Some graphic designs may appear brighter on white or black fabrics in comparison to other color fabrics depending on which production site receives and fulfills an order. S.F.E. works with several fulfillment sites here in United States as well as and other parts of the world. Depending on where the order is placed, what time it is placed, and which production fulfillment site receives your order first depends on production quality and/or the possible brightness or slightly darker graphic image on clothing. Some graphic designs may apear lighter on T-shirts than on sweatshirts and hoodies because sweatshirts and hoodies have a tougher texture than T-shirts and sometime with digital printing the design may appear lighter or slightly darker than what is displayed on screen.
*How can I be sure that S.F.E. offers the BEST quality of graphic digital designs for Christian apparel?
Each graphic design and typography sold at S.F.E. is first sketched and outlines by the creator. After this process is complete, S.F.E. hires the BEST graphic and typography designers in the business to finalized each design in full detail perfection before designs are digitally printed on clothing or other items, such as shoes, backpacks, etc.
All orders go through our 3-step quality check before we ship them out. Our automated software checks graphics for quality before printing, then our fulfillment specialists check quality while orders are in production, and, lastly, the order is checked when it's ready.
Part of our quality promise is reshipping any orders that don't meet our quality standards and we haven't caught in the check process due to human error. And we're happy to see that despite the ever-growing order volume, we're having to reship less and less products.
Shipping
*How long does it take for my order to ship?
Most items take 2-5 days for fulfillment before they are shipped. Shoes take 2-7 days for fulfillment before they are shipped. Most items, excluding all shoes are usually shipped 3-5 business days AFTER fulfillment, but can take up to 6-9 business days.
**NOTE: All shoes take longer to process as they are made and shipped from China! It typically takes 2-5 business days for processing plus up to 7-14 business days for shipping! There are a few select items that may fall under this category that are listed in the description box because they are being fulfilled/manufactured/shipped from Europe! The majority of our products are manufactured and made in the United States.

* Can I track my order?
Yes, once you receive tracking information you’ll be able to track your order from that email or you can copy and paste your tracking # using our “Track Your Order” link on our website.
*Are your T-shirts, hoodies, shoes and other clothing items true to size?
Yes, all of our clothing and shoes are true to size!! S.F.E. provides sizing charts for ALL clothing and shoes. All T-shirts are pre-shrunk so they will not shrink in the wash. For a more snug fit size down.
**NOTE: Some T-shirts run slightly big, but overall true to size. If you are a first time buyer, we recommend buying your usual size! S.F.E. does NOT accept exchanges or returns UNLESS an item is wrong/misprinted/damaged or lost in transit and can be verified.
*Do you offer gift cards?
ABSOLUTELY! You can purchase digital gift cards on our website. At this time all gift cards have a zero expiration date!!
*Does S.F.E. offer free shipping?
