Refund policy
Your satisfaction is of great importance to us! As a Christian based company, we strive to do all we can to offer high quality merchandise and achieve customer satisfaction. However, we are a small print-on-demand business, which means we only make, print, and process designs once they are ordered. Please carefully read our return and exchange policies before purchasing and requesting refunds.
Striving For Excellence is a print-on-demand company. Therefore we have a 14-day return policy,for misprinted/damaged/defected items ONLY which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, in addition of providing legit descriptive photos of any misprint/damaged/defective items. Please also include your order # and order date.
To start a return, you can contact us at Support@striving-for-excellence-tnt.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll advise you on how to proceed. In most cases we’ll send out a replacement immediately for any misprinted/damaged/defected items and/or items lost in transit AFTER shipping time frames have been exceeded. If you don’t wish to receive a replacement this would be the only exception where refunds would be issued.
In some cases customers may be advised to ship back the item(s) before a return is issued or a replacement is sent. When this happens we will provide a return address. All customers are responsible for return shipments at this time.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
*We do charge shipping costs for reshipments for orders sent back to our facility as a result of providing the incorrect address during check out. Please ensure you provide the correct address for shipping products when you purchase!
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable). All returns and unclaimed items are donated to charity after 28 days.
*If any order is returned to our facility without first contacting us or does not meet the above criteria, your return will not be processed and you will not receive a refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the misprinted/damaged/defective item.
Buyers Remorse
As stated above, Striving For Excellence is a print on demand business and therefore our return policy doesn’t cover buyer’s remorse so we won’t be able to issue you a refund for those types of orders. Thank you for understanding.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for gift cards as well as any undergarments such as bras or panties will not be eligible for refunds. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
**Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We understand that accidents and mistakes happen especially ordering online. As a first time customer, you may be unsure of how our items may fit.
Please refer to our size and fit guidelines. All t-shirts are pre-shrunk fabric!
At this time we are unable to offer exchanges due to wrong size items. We make everything on demand, so requesting a size exchange would mean producing an entirely new product.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Striving For Excellence is a Print-On-Demand company and does not offer any refunds of any kind at this time. Because we do value your business if you are not happy with your purchase with an reasonable explanation, feel free to contact us, but be advise that in any case refunds will not be permitted.
