Please note that standard processing time for most orders is 2-5 business days!
*All shoes take longer to process as they are made and shipped from China! It typically takes 2-5 business days for processing plus up to 7-14 business days for shipping!
After processing time, most orders when in stock, (T-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, dresses) ship within 3-5 business days but can take up to 6-9 business days.
*During seasonal times such as Black Friday, Christmas and other major holidays, processing times may take up to 8 business days.
*At this time StrivingforExcellence only ships to the US.

Return & Exchange Policy
Striving For Excellence is a print-on-demand company. Therefore we have a 14-day return policy, for misprinted/damaged/defected items ONLY which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, in addition of providing legit descriptive photos of any misprint/damaged/defective items. Please also include your order # and order date.
